Just as the taste and appearance of ingredients can vary, the ingredients in pet food can also differ slightly depending on the manufacturer, origin, season, and other factors. The main reason for these differences is moisture content.
Our company uses unique moisture control technology to continuously produce high-quality products that you can confidently feed to your dog or cat.
Raw material preparation
We only use chicken breasts that have passed bacterial and moisture content tests to ensure they are safe, and they are seasoned and processed to make them delicious enough for your dog to enjoy.
Cutting
Cut the chicken breast into small pieces that are easy for dogs to eat.
It can cut approximately 4000 grams per minute.
Package
The finished rice seasoning is inspected by a metal detector to ensure there is no metal contamination, and then it is packaged into bags using an automatic packaging machine.
Use a camera to check if the expiration date and batch number are printed on it.
Final inspection
A final inspection is conducted using X-ray equipment to check for the presence of oxygen absorbers and any foreign matter; a weighing instrument is used to confirm the volume.
In addition, the printed content and packaging condition are manually inspected before packaging.
Package
Only products that pass inspection will be packaged and then shipped from our headquarters to customers across the country.
